MIA

Where are these guys?? They are so absent in Joburg North in the mornings. People have got out of hand with unruley driving and vandalism and these people that are out supposedly protecting us are no where to be seen. Maybe if they got off their ******* high horses and dud their jobs for a change things wouldn't be such a mess. Wishful thinking though. Why would they actually do what they're meant to do?
