Metro police useless with bylaws enforcement

The tshwane metro police Phillip Nell park is useless ,not assisting ,in this ****** neighbour gathering harrasment,every day it's load music, excessive smoking ,drinking load screaming ,shouting reffing of vehicles,they are such a nuicance,there never vehicles available,not reference numbers,this starts at 06:00 and goes on untill 3 o clock in the mornings, this is unbearable.
