Metro Police Suck!

I was involved in a car accident on Friday, 01 March 2019. Metro Police took 2 hours to get to the scene. They first took the statement of the guy that caused the accident, upon enquiring why this was done as I called them, they went on to say that is how they do things! I had to make them rewrite my statement as they got it wrong or deliberately refused to add that the guy that caused the accident did not stop at a stop street and was speeding into a one way! I was told to phone for my case number today and have been trying to call with no success. They don't answer their phones and their service is absolutely disgusting. Our Metro Police are the worst ever. Our country is in serious trouble with people like these in our government offices!!!
