Metro police must be closed down

Metro police are an institution created to self enrich staff by manupilating the public with bogus fines which are enriching the department, bribing the public person ,motorist and foreign bussinesses , forcing their way of bullying and naking them self rich .no bylaws enforcement are taken in concideration.their phones are not answered , nor when asked for help there are excuses. There is no lefal outhorities to check up on their lawlessness crusade.they are not above the law and are to respect the public and stop being such a nuisance.the duty list must change.
