Joburg Metropolice Fail

I am deeply concerned about how JMPD has faiiled to control street vendors in Residential Areas , especially Rosettenville in the South of Johannesburg, South Africa..The place has depleted due to the garbage that is left on the street by people selling on the street.The place is filthy, people don't abide to the by lawys, they even drink publicly and urinate on the street.It is disheartening to those of us who love clean environment with order! # black Friday
