JMPD USELESS

JMPD is useless and dysfunctional. I got an infringement ticket for my taillight that was not in good working order on the 20th of September 2020. I went 2 consecutive Saturdays at JMPD near faraday. They told me they were not receipting traffic fines on both occasions. I went to post office today 20 October 2020 to try and pay. I was told the ticket was not yet in the system. Why do these guys write these tickets if we can not pay them? So now i have to pay the full fee, the discount will not work because someone failed to do their job efficiently. This is just bull ****.
