Irresponsible and negligent Metro Police Officers- Verulam

I have had the worst experience with Metro Police officers from Metro Police Verulam! Officers are always shirking their duty towards the public! There is a resident in Hambanathi, Tongaat who causes a peace disturbance daily whereby he displays his double speakers facing my home and blasts his thunderous music at any time of day and night and whenever i lodge complaints with Metro Police Verulam, they always have their excuses ready, its either theres no available vehicle for them to respond or its too early to lodge a noise complaint! Many officers also abruptly state that i am the only person complaining! Which law states that one person cant complain about an issue in their area, especially if my rights as a human being are continously being violated?Even the by-laws are being violated! Besides i am not the only person who complains my neighbours also complain but we are not taken seriously regarding the above matter! I relate to one such incident that occured on the 28 September 2019 whereby i lodged a complaint(0022) to Metro Police Verulam about the above resident and they responded 2 hours later. Upon arrival that morning, the officers began shaking hands and laughing with the above resident, Bhekhani Dlamini of 778 Happy Valley Flats, Makawuse Road, Hambanathi. The officers were even showing off their cell phones and left after a few minutes of "jokes" without issuing any strict warnings or fines! And due to the negligence of those officers the above resident later came down to my fence and gave my family and i the following life threat "you indians dont think you can interfere in my celebration! If you continue calling the police i will **** you and your family up because the police gave me the name and number! I got the number and name of the lady who complained about me! If you dont stop i will **** all of you! **** you coolies". After that incident many other life threats followed on my occasions! Why is peace disturbance not treated seriously,especially because this is daily issue? This disturbs all residents in this area as we are unable to have a goodnights sleep and continue with our routine activities due to one resident! This noise exceeds the permited decibels of sound and yet the police fail to assist! Is it because the resident is employed at a private security company? We have put up with a ****** bully and peace disturber only because the police yet again fail to do their job! Metro Police officers why did you take up this job if you fail to fulfill your duty?
