Inefficient Metro Police officers in JHB.

Johannesburg metro police officers are not helping with controlling traffic in Johannesburg cbd all they do is cause more traffic jams even when the traffic lights are working perfectly . but once a traffic light dies they are no where to be found. if the traffic lights are working fine why are they trying to act like the traffic . i feel they are bad at controlling traffic. they need more training or just to stick to taking bribes on the roads.
