Impossible to pay your fine

I received a speeding fine from JMPD only 5 months after the incident (postal service delays!!). I have been trying to pay the fine R125 for 2 hours this morning without success. There is no bank account number on the slip although it says I can pay through the internet if I am an ABSA customer. <br> ABSA does not list the JMPD as a beneficiary. <br> Ok then it says that I can pay through AARTO - this site is apparently unsafe and I cant get in even if I want to .<br> OK then tried to pay through PAYCITY and it says there is an internal server error.<br> I have given up - but apparently one can pay thru the postoffice (ill try tomorrow) and hope the post office system is working. <br> The whole thing is farcical and no wonder people do not pay their fines - what an absolute joke and I am afraid typical of the ever declining status of our country!!
