Illigal membership deductions from IPA(SA)

Cancelled my membership in 2016. They refunded me for the 2017 illigal membership deduction. Since then, the deductions continues. I were able to reverse two deductions (also paid banking fees). Struggling since beginning of month to get a refund for the ******* deductions without any success
