IA CODE - JMPD4468

I was pulled over at athol off ramp (melrose arch) by the officer rosy who basically insisted i crossed a solid line. I drive on this route every working day and never ever do this, i have a witness who can confirm this was not the case. The officer mentioned she has to fine me as her boss is watching, if she does no she wont get bonuses , she wont have lunch money and money for junior.. these were her words when asked why she is wrongfully issuing me with a fine. I could not even explain or contest as she was so rude .
