Horrible Service

On the 31/01/2015 at around 21:50 my wife was arrested and I was advised she will be released after 4 hours when she has sobered up, its 13:50 and still no sign of her and no one in the Linden Police Station can tell what time she will be out as there is only one charging officer on duty and last night's charging officer left immediately when the Taxi dropping them off arrived..<br> <br> Her Driver's License has since been lost as no one gave it back to her when they were arresting her and no one here(Linden Police Station) can advise how can I find out where is her license. I have been advised that I need to accept that the license is lost as probably it was hectic when they were arresting her and it could have gotten lost and there is nothing anyone can do or advise on a way forward..<br> <br> With that in mind it means she will now have to apply for a new one and go through the process and will be expected to pay her way as in their words if she wants a license she will do that or when we stop her we will arrest her.<br> <br> Who is supposed to take responsibility and accountability for this because clearly no one between the Metro Police and the South African Police Services is willing to do so.<br>
