26 Dec 2015 at 9h10am me and my sister went to marine parade metro police for beach access permit, for us to be able to park inside beach front. To our surprise, the police woman who served us gave us the whole information on who is supposed to get permit and we told her that we are selling clothes in a bakkie, but she insisted that we need a proof for our business, then we had no choice but to agree with her. <br> Behind us was a white man, who also did not have a proof he was a surfer, but was given permit. We asked the policewoman how come the white man got his permit without proof. She just raised her voice on us saying \it is easy to see when one is a surfer". The man had no sign of being a surfer at all. What surprised us is that her service was not consistent. She banged the reception window before us while still talking to her. Came out and threatened to drag us out"
