Fine issued because no bribe was given...!

I was issued a fine of R2000 by a EMPD officer because I refused to compromise with him about a bribe, I was pulled of by the officer and his partner for no valid reason as there wasn't any fault found on the vehicle I was driving, the officer then issued me the fine based on endangering other motorists on the road, he was rude and even called me a *******. The very next day I tried contacting the EMPD office and I explained the situation to them a nobody could help me, 2 weeks ago I received an sms regarding that I must appear at the Albert court due to the fine, I contacted *** and spoke to a lady and she said that the must appear in court and tell the story to the magistrate, honnestly I do not have time for ******* people, especially public servants. I am unemployed, unemployed, try my best to make ends meet honestly and then w have our traffic cops who earn a salary every month that wants to take our bread and butter and if we refuse to give them a bribe, they is with a fine just to be nasty, nobody looks into these matters, they all are probably the same....!
