EMPD abusing there power, treating the roads like a race track.

I was witness to an Member of the EMPD ( XVC064 GP) HARRASSING a memebr of the public because this EMPD was racing through traffic without his lights, pushing people to move out of the way so he can go past. A member of the public did not move and the EMPD offical did not take kindly to this and trying to bump the mans car and swearing at the man. Eventually the man being scared of the EMPD offical climbed the pavement and went around him and the EMPD got stuck at the robot but lucky for the man he was able to get away.

Total abuse of power, no reason to be speeding, just because he can. No rush at all when he gets stuck at the robot so obviously not in a rush. Above the law of the road.

This EMPD official Displays the same behavior time after time on the R511, this time he just took it further than just racing through the streets like a hooligan, it turned into harassments.
