DURBAN METRO POLICE : MISSING IN ACTION

During the lockdown and as we enter the festive period the Ethekwini Metro Police are MIA . ( missing in action ) . ETHEKWINI metro owe the citizens of the city an explanation of where these police officers are . There is no visible policing . In fact there is not a policeman in sight . In the CBD the taxis run amok , stopping, parking , offloading passengers and doing their own thing , knowing that there is no law enforcement . Pavement traders have hijacked the city . The latest is that a big bundle of second hand clothes are thrown on the pavement which generates a large number of buyers most with no mask and no social distancing . This has become super spreader events . There are on every street corner in the durban CBD . as usual not a policemen in sight . PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE GUYS . U can do far better.
