Dispute of fine

Dispute of fine <br> <br> Firstly I want too dispute that the description or reason given for this fine is incorrect was driving on ondekkersroad when the taxi before me suddenly come too a stop and pulled over .So I drove pass him with the robot still yellow not red as the officer said in this statement . Secondly I did stop and the officer said I skipped the robot which I rep**** I did not I passed the taxi ( Which was not pulled over for stopping *******ly on the side of the road ) .I gave her my driving licence then she walked away from my car towards the police care and stood there for 15 minutes .After the 15 minutes she came back too my car and she started writing the ticket .Not once did she inform me what she's doing or that I will be getting a ticked .<br> <br> I am disputing this ticket reason being .Incorrect information is given for the reason for this ticket .And why wasn't the taxi also pulled over (Which was not pulled over for stopping *******ly on the side of the road) ? I did ask this too the officer but se didn't responded !<br> <br> This is very discriminating towards me !Reason being why didn't the taxi driver get a ticked too ?<br>
