Since JMPD does not have a email address How does one complain to them regarding *******ION ?? I was stopped on the 2nd of september on my bike and threatened to be arrested due to tar on my mumber plate. I had a witness to the fact with me on another bike. I also explained that i had a new number plate and was going to the marked to get pop rivits to replace the number plate This was also withnissed. The traffic office on a bike CM7TR threated me with arrest I expressed if that was the case he must arrest me This did not accur and insisted that i pay him R2500 before i was allowed to go I was not interested and i said that he must arrest me However that never took place After an hour I was forced to pay him R2500 or it was clear i was not going anywhere. This is disgusting and indicative of the countries direction
