Complaint against Officer T.Malope of Ekurhuleni metro police ?

On the 24th of August 2021 I experienced something I never thought I will ever experienced in my life was driving by Masakhane street,Katlehong ,when Ekurhuleni metro police by the name of T.Malope(officer no 304/8) stopped ✋me or asked me to pull the other side of the road which I told him will go on my left as the right side he pointed looked a bit steep and bad for my car so I went left side upon approaching me he said in this line 'He is thirsty 'which I responded so what does that have to do with me ,it will have been better to be stopped by his colleague who happened to be a lady and said that than him.Officer did spot check to my vehicle and found out all in order asked for my License which I gave him next thing I know I hear him say don't worry my colleague will get your contact from the ticket, I am issuing and left me proceded to where his vehicle is station bare in mind all this is taking place during this pandemic called Covid only attempt he made was to tell me to pull my mask from my chin.Now going back to the event I asked him what's the ticket for he than said Safety belt,so I felt this was personal so I took pictures of the plate for my safety immediately when I did that his colleague polity asked why I was taking picture of the number plate I said for court ,that's when hell broke loose from officer T.Malope started rudely asking my contact and name which I also responded rudely and officer started telling me he will only ask me question once if I don't answer he will lock me up ,I immediately asked him is he threatening me with arrest he said he is a officer he will show me by throwing me to the back of his van .I asked him again is he threatening me with arrest ,no problem will meet in court said if I continue he will arrest me now ,at that point I understand how my Mother and father felt during the dark day of South Africa felt fearing officer as the officer in question instul fear to a point he asked my cellphone number and gave him my old number that don't work anymore, as my address I knew had to go pass my Complex felt secure giving it out but the officer kept on saying he won't hesitate to lock me up .That's when his colleague intervene and Said he must just let me go cause he has done his job in issuing a ticket and I did mine by giving all he needed why is he still talking to me.I than left and before I asked him is he threatening me with arrest and left .Immediately I called ******* unit in Kempton Park which made arrangements to meet him today 27/08/2021 but couldn't make it to the office by 2pm ,Ever since this incident happened I am always on the panic mode every time I see an officer that he could be friends of officer T.Malope and any moment can plant anything in my car and arrest me as he threatened to do so this time plant something valid to be able to call police for me to be arrested, I plead with Department to investigate this matter.
