Benoni EMPD DRUNK with gun hanging out of holster while Benoni crime rate escalates

The EMPD officer R S HLONGWANE videod at Rynfield Terraces this week broke a whole list of laws but continued to display an attitude of arrogance and poor public behaviour. Besides driving DP11JJ GP while under the influence, he was so drunk and disorderly that he did not even notice his gun was falling out of his holster which breaks critical gun laws too. He even had alcohol in the EMPD vehicle which he was driving while in this intoxicated state. His co-workers refused to test his alcohol level, they refused to do anything about his ******** conduct. They just covered for him by putting him in another van HZ 77 PT GP and taking him away. Make a person wonder how much alcohol they had consumed as they may have been too scared that they would be tested too. Everyday the security companies have to do the EMPDs work in combatting the escalating crime in Benoni while these "officers" are getting paid tax payers money for partying on the job.
