Bad Service from JMPD

<p>I was involved in an accident on 29/10/2016. Metro police came to the scene and took our statements and details. They issued the driver of the other car a ticket as he doesnt have a driver's license. The car disc also expired on 30/09/2016. The officers gave me the numbers that I can call to get my case number. I have been calling and its now 3 weeks and the case is not registered yet. I cannot even claim form my issurance as I dont have a case number. I left my ID and telephone numbers and since they promised to call me back. So far they havent called me.</p>
