Bad service @JoburgMPD

@JoburgMPD Good day folks, Please I need advice/help. I was involved in an accident, I got bumped at the back of my car on the 9th of October 2021 of which I called metro police call center to report the accident on this number *** while still on the scene and I was sent two officials by the names or Mr Makgokga and Mr Tswai whom failed to do their job and yes I repeat 'THEY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB' firstly the guy who bumped me was a foreign national who failed to produce a driver's license, didn't have any sort of proof of identification and to add it to that he's car's license disc has expired on 30th January 2020 so basically the car was not roadworthy, So the officials arrived at the scene only to tell me that there's nothing they can do since the guy doesn't have any form of proof of identification all they can do is to escort both to the nearest police station of which I thought that's how things are done since it was my first being involved in an accident and yes they escorted us me and the guy to diepsloot police station but when arrived there, they never bothered to accompany us inside the police station all they did was to instruct me while in their car to take the other guys car keys and keep them with me for him to not run away and I should go in with him and ask to get help with AR form(accident report form) of which I followed all instructions given by when got in the police station I got two Constable ladies and 1 Warrant officer of which I spoke to one of the Constables since the other one and the Warrant were busy only to be told how @JoburgMPD officials they forever do that, they fail people and bringing them to Saps for issues they could've handled and basically with all that said the lady said it confidently so that she won't help me with the form and instructed me to go to diepsloot jmpd offices which are next stop from the diepsloot police station of which we went there with the guy hoping I would get help only to find there was no any officials and when I arrived at their gates, Now there's a car parked next to the their gates which now there's a third party whom claimed to be the owner of the car by the name of Mr Lucky Nemagovhane... Fast forward now all this had to be handled by me and the 3rd party which is the owner of the car by agreeing that he'll fix my car and all he did was giving me he's address, contact details and allowing me to take a picture of he's drivers license and then came to agreement that I'll go get at least 3 different quotes about the damages and forward them to him so I get my car fixed, now there goes me having to do up and down getting all those quotes so I can get my car fixed and boom only to be played fool by both the now 3rd party which is the car owner and the guy who bumped me playing cat and mice games whilst doing so I then decided to go back to the same diepsloot jmpd offices since I work in diepsloot and all this had happened in diepsloot to now complain about this incident and when I got there I spoke to the station commander by the name of Mr Phamla whom had promised to deal with this matter accordingly but firstly he had said he'll have to hear the side of the two officials first then will take it from there well till to date my car hasn't been fixed, I have done plenty calls to try do follow ups about my complaint but nothing still. So now the question is where to go from here because I've been failed by the officials and again I personally do have an issuance on my car but again when taking my car to get fixed who's gonna pay for the damages that I didn't cause. Please someone hear my cry I need help @JoburgMPD I need solution to this because this has been over 2 months now.
