Bad service

on the 25/11/2015 i called the Tshwane metro piloce call center i spoke to an agent and she dropped the phone while talking to her she was very rudeb i demand an apology i called from *** when i tried calling back they kept dropping the phone the service is really bad and i do not appreciate it at all
