AR Issue

I have called ample numbers in attempt to obtain an accident report number. Why should I be inconvenienced by the complete utter lack of public service?! It is disgusting and shameful at how the men and women who are meant to serve and assist and protect us don't do so or only do so when they feel like it. My insurer is awaiting this number and I will not have my car fixed until then. this is ********** at how it has been 5 days and i still have nothing. the women who answered *** number was vile and rude. the *** rings continuously and goes unanswered. WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO GET ASSISTANCE??
