Absent JMPD.....

<p>I live on Brits and work in Bryanston. The shortest route is R511 past Diepsloot. The takes take a route that brings them into R511 by Mnandi. They drive like they want and block the road so that they themselves don't move. After it took me 4 hours to get home on Monday (+/- 70km) I have to ask, where is JMPD when they know full well that is a problem everyday?</p>
