I have a situation w...

I have a situation where I need to get hold of them, by there contact number *** or ***, but no one picks up the call in 2 days in a row... The schools in Milnerton gave me the number and I spoke at ***or ***and no one can help, they all refer me to the *** and *** numbers... How come no one picks a call and what do they get paid for... I urgently need them to call me and I emailed them too ... HELP
