Terrible service

<p>I bought a heater for R899 last year June, within 1 week I was back at the shop with a faulty heater, they gave me a new one which only lasted for 4 months. I was out of town for a couple of months and could not take it back until I went on the 4th of May. They told me to leave it there and that they will call me on Monday,Monday came and passed and they never called. After a week I went to the store and only to find they have not done anything about it and they said they will call again. They never called and I've been calling them throughout and they tell me that the supplier said they will deliver the heater the passed Wednesday, they never called still to update me or tell me to fetch the heater. Today when I called them they told me the heater is still with the supplier and they never cared to call and tell me this. I am furious and mad beacuse I have a small baby who is a few months old and there is no heater in this cold. A month of no direction with what is happening. I want my money back because clearly you don't care about your so called customers</p>
