Worst experience at metro lodge parade

Worst experience ever.... The hotel was just like A brothel... You couldn't sleep other guests are making noise... You ask the receptionist to Ask them to at least ask them to lower the noise... Its like you asking then to make more noise... I regret booking for two days already this is my first night here... But I feel like I can leave right away..

The receptionist is not so nice they don't treat treat people with respect our dignity.... I never felt welcome as a customer... Placed in a dark room for an hour... Some businesses should close down....
