Metro Lodge sucks!

I’m so disgusted that there are still places like the Metro Lodges in Durban. We booked the place over the phone (the one on Sylver Ntuli road) & received pics which we thought were fair only to find the opposite of that. The rooms we got had beds that were in terrible states, showers are excessively dirty. Roaches all over, bed bugs. How does a place like that get approved?! Surely it needs to meet certain standards. I’m defeated.
