I'm very unhappy with the place, it has ZERO hygiene and the prices are too high for such a dirty place, we checked in this morning, what we saw on the internet was totally different from what we got. The place is old and rusty, the bed has steel poking out of the mattress, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. I had made peace with the place and it's condition I was willing to sleep just for 1 night, until I saw a rat come out of the basin that looks like a sewage.

I then asked the lady at reception if they could kindly charge us the hours we stayed and redund us because I was no longer comfortable with sleeping there, the lady said No.

I did not want to cause a scene or argue, my husband and I decided to leave.

The lady made a remark saying : there is no rat, we are just making excuses. I was willing to pay half and have the other half refunded. That place is absolutely filthy and not well maintained. The bedding is torn and the sheets are stained, yet people are expected to pay ridiculous amounts. I also took evidence of everything I just stated above, I have pictures, that I would love to publish Poor service and maintenance
