Shocking Customer Service and disgracefully conduct by Management

Went to procure material, pointed out the roll of material and requested 4 meters. The sales person to start was not very keen to assist, I had to help him carry the roll to the cutting table. When the roll was placed on the cutting table, I noticed a floor in the material. I requested that it should not form part of the 4 meters. The sales assistant mumbled something and went off without informing where he was going, return with the manger who had an attitude and immediately said there is no way that the floor can be cut out and must form part on my 4meters procurement. I asked him so the imperfection in the fabric me as the customer must just accept it - answer what must I do with material. I then requested that they not measure the material and leave it, I then proceeded to the till to pay for my other material only to find the manger standing discussing me and the incident at the till with the cashiers, how unprofessional? I requested his name but he was reluctant and said way should he give me his name. I left the store and while exiting meet up with an employee with whom I enquired the manger name, he mentioned Zunaid or something to that affect. Description short stocky and where's spectacles. In these time we find ourselves one would think a supplier/retailer would go out of there way to provide a pleasant shopping experience for its customers after all we the customer is the one whom pays there salary and keeps them in business. Reason for expressing dissatisfaction is to warn future and other customers of what to expect at this establishment from management, check out the reviews posted - many highlighting management and bad service
