Rogues and Cheats!

<p>I've purchased a chest feeezer from the montana pretoria branch. I was told the freezer will be delivered the next morning but it wasn't. It arrived a day late. After removing all the polystyrene I notice that there were a few dents on the freezer. The lining on the top of the freezer had dirt marks like it had been used. There was no key or instruction manual and the area around the temperature switch looked like it had been opened. In short, it looks like I was given a used/repaired freezer. How unprofessional can these people be?? I would never support this business ever again! </p>
