Order patterns twice and still nothing

I am planning my wedding and decided to get patterns from Metro to make the Bride****s dress. I order the pattern in January and was promise that the pattern will be delivered within 2 weeks. Beginning March I went to ask about the pattern, they told me that they cancelled my order for no reason. I spoke to the on duty manager of the store and he told me that they will order a new pattern and make it as urgent. After 4 weeks of waiting for the pattern I have yet to receive. I had to make plan with the pattern elsewhere because the wedding is close and I have not heard anything from Metro at all.
