Offline for the past two years

I did an upgrade on my cell contract at Metro Lifestyle Vodaworld, the so called Mecca for all your mobile needs in August 2014.

When I arrived at Metro they told me that they were offline. I sat there for an hour waiting for their system to come back on when someone assisted me on the side and I did the upgrade successfully after an hour and a half.

Almost two years on and I again had to upgrade my cell contract and went in to Metro. Surprisingly I heard that they were offline and still joked in my head that theyve been off line for the past two years.

Again through a tedious excersize I was able to complete the cell upgrade within an hour and a half.

On Sa****ay I phoned Metro to reach a very bad reception line. They explained that it was my line that was bad but I ensured them that my mobile device had no issues on other calls. They took a few minutes on the call to tell me that they were in fact off line... No surprise here then seeing that they are constantly off line.

With great difficulty supplying my particulars I requested an invoice of the phoned purchased in the upgrade in 2014, as the screen is damaged and I need to take it in to Samsung for the replacement.

They said they had my particulars and they would forward the invoice as soon as they come online.

I checked for the remainder on Sa****ay and decided to contact them again on Sunday. On Sunday it took another call of about ten minutes before I had a response that they would forward the invoice to my email as soon as they come online.

Then a courtesy call to inform me that they will be in contact with me shortly.

No wizzard required here to see that in the past couple of years I dealt with the same company with the same issues. Not once when I contacted or visited Metro did they not have a problem with connections.

My question is this: How long must the public waste their valuable time as clients at this store, many choose to come back the following day and many choose never to come back at all? But surely you can't tell me that you run a shop in the centre of mobile technology and you cant supply decent internet to run your systems applications programme.

I am still awaiting the invoice and have had another excuse this morning and more empty promises of Metro that will contact me shortly.

Bad service
