No Delivery of Lounge Set - Waiting for 2 months for Delivery

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a 2-seater couch from their store nearly 2 months ago. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the item was in stock. Only two days after payment, I was informed that there was actually no stock available and that I would need to wait 4 weeks for it to arrive.

Four weeks came and went—with no delivery and only more delays and vague excuses about issues at the factory. It’s now been almost 2 months, and I still have no couch. The lack of communication and transparency has been incredibly frustrating.
