My experience with Metro Lifestyle

I came about Metro Lifestyle online and placed an order for the couch. Due to Christmas holidays, my couch was to be delivered after an additional time, but it was delivered even late than that. I had to call over and over again, and after many failed attempts to be in contact with a salesperson, I was finally able to get in contact with a representative named Imran.

He communicated thoroughly, understood my requirements, and gave me a clear date for the order delivery.

Meanwhile, I got my couch delivered when the backlog of orders was clearing up, but it wasn’t made as I had requested.

I informed Imran, and he made sure that I got the couch he was getting made according to my requirements. He got the couch delivered, the wrong one picked up. The new couch is perfect, made as I wanted.

His delivery guys were extremely patient and helpful as we had some trouble with getting the couch to fit through our main door.

Would definitely recommend. You’d be lucky if you get to deal with Imran, a very helpful professional.
