Poor service and curtain installation

We bought voile and curtain rails for 5 rooms and paid installation fees.They promised to also put my own curtains on when they install it.They did and the curtains look horrible.After complaining they advised me to buy NEW stronger rails again!as the rails they advised me to buy was not strong enough.I did and had to pay installation fee again!!So they installed again and it looks terrible again..It is the poor service and I would strongly advise anyone not to use them ever.
