Injury from the shop

I just went shopping at this store near me,the place is being renovated its a health Hazard, I literally tripped and fell on my knees because of the stuff lying around on the floor..It was as if nothing happened ..management turned their heads as if nothing happened till i limped my way to were the manager was seated and reported the incident,he just said sorry the guys left that there because they were covering the cemented areas,he was so calm, i'm stuck with a swollen, bleeding and in pain. They didn't care and watched me walk away..this cannot be right ...there are no signs what so ever
