Bad service

<p>I went to Metro Silverlakes on Monday to buy gel warmer the cashier Mabunki gave me change without 10 cents but the receipt includes 10 cents, i went again to buy fomo plates on wednesday same week and was assisted by same cashier she didn't greet me and rang up and gave me R6 instead of R6,10. She had 10 cents in her till, I asked her why she didn't give me my full change. She said "do u want it", really its my change. I asked her and the other staff who was there if I was short by 10 cents will they give me the goods , the other staff responded quickly as said "No". So how many customers are ****** in a day without their consent at Metro, and why does management allow this or is it their plan. They must round of their prices and stop charging cents to Rands only, I am so dissapointed with the service. The girl can't even greet and smile for customers but can ***** from them.</p>
