WORST SERVICE EVER!!

<p>I placed an online order for a gas heater on 25 March and paid for the item into the bank account as provided on the confirmation of order. Online my order shows pending for the last 3 days when calling to find out what is going on the one person is more *********** than the next and you get transfered around for about 20 min then just get told no we will call you back needless to say I am still waiting for a call back and confirmation that my order was sucessful and i constantly get a email stating that there was a technical problem and to resubmit the order this is a HUGE NIGHTMARE right now i have never had such bad service in my life before. Needless to say still awaiting feedback on the matter. </p>
