Unfortunatley a star is mandatory in order to complete this review but they do not deserve it

I bought 2 bales of material and linen (measured and cut by sales person at Metro staff) to match the curtains. Mr Hoosein came out to my premises to take measurements (I had to arrange for his pick up from the store and return back to the store at my cost). Curtains were then sewn as per Mr Hooseins measurements. Upon collection on the 21/08/2020, I noted discrepancies on the curtains such as wrong measurements, holes in the curtains, inconsistency of the print on the curtains as well as incorrect labelling of the curtains. I contacted Metro and informed them of the problems. I was told to note the problems and return the curtains back. I received a message to say the curtains were ready on the 26/09/2020. When I collected the curtains, I again noted discrepancies. I contacted them again and spoke to Mr Omar ***ner). He said that I should deal with the sales person as there is nothing he can do and I cannot return the curtains and he cannot deal with this. Vanilla (sales person) has been avoiding my calls. I have made numerous attempts to contact her to no avail,.
