Store sold Item lay-byed and they dont care

<p>I went to collect a sewing machine I lay-byed in feb only to be told it was sold and there's no more stock. dept manager was not one bit sensitive to my inconvenience he told me i musn''t blame him for it as it was not him who sold my machine.</p> <p>overall service at Metro Home city Centurion is bad. I went to the Menlyn branch which had the machine in store and had a wonderful service. i will no longer buy anthing from Metro Home City Centurion</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
