ovens not baking evenly

we bought 2 w/pool ovens on 05/11/2014.<br> after a lot of calls we still stuck with the problem. the maintenance person Andy come out 2x even replaced the thermometer - he took even pictures of the cakes half bakes and raw. Antonio *** spoke to my husband and promise to come back to us after he spoke to the Management of W/pool. On 04/01/2016 Robin told my husband according to Antonio we are abusing the ovens.
