Metro Home Menlyn management suck

Their staff on the floor are extremely friendly but when it comes to queries or refunds and you are referred to management, they are rude and could not care less about the customer. You are send to one manager and she has left, then you get told to speak to the owner, Yusuf, which cant be found and then you get told to speak to Shaun at appliances, and i have a material query. They are not accommodating and wont even meet you half way.....they just fold their arms and say they cant help. Makes you think what type of people are running their business and making money from us but thereafter could not care less, even senior citizens. Similar to our Government, take take and take and give NOTHING back. Myself and employer will definitely not support you anymore. Menlyn Retail Park Metro
