Horrible, rude personnel.

Although the range at Metro is good, the horrible attitude of the personnel, specifically the rude nature of the pay point personnel, and the I don't care attitude of management, who would rather let me cancel my sale than address the problem, will ensure that I would never buy anything from them that I can get anywhere else. But, looking at all the negative reviews on Hellopeter, it does not seem as if they react to negative reviews. I will vote with my feet.
