HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Service is the worst that Ive experienced in this country so far.If ordered a portable radio and paid it with Ref. no. VCS-***6 and after a week with not hearing anything from them I phoned the shop.They are irritated and unhelpful and put you through from one person to the other and you get no help from any of them whatsoever.DO AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.
