Extremely sorry that i landed up on their store page and ordered a product.

I have had nothing but ridiculously poor service since day one dealing with your store.

First the prices on your website does not match the price on your invoices. Then the delivery confirmation means nothing, since the delivery doesnt take place. had someone cancel all their arrangements for a day waiting for the delivery, i was never notified that it was not going to take place any longer. Then when i phoned to follow up on my order which was on its way, all the sudden the stock had become a problem, even though delivery had already been confirmed as "Truck is leaving now its on its way".

Then "you will be called back" with alternative arrangements, which does not happen, Then you call back and keep getting voicemail, thus cannot get hold of anyone except the receptionist.

You already have my money, i have a dependency on the product that i had ordered and now i am stuck dealing with this whilst i could have met my target arrangements elsewhere, however i am in limbo if my order is being fulfilled or not.
