Empty promises while i payed full amount to a product i dont have

I bought the Elba missy 90 cooker hood on the 2nd Nov 2020 and i was promised by Bongani Mclaren that my CH will be available to pick up on the 5th Nov 2020

Even today i havent got any call from him or the store I call everyday but they are full of excuses. I want my money back ASAP

Your customer services is poor and lack communication. Your shop is a frauster
