Dissapointed with order

I specifically asked for a curtain and received the wrong colour after asking multiple times to make sure it was correct. The courier is extremely expensive, even within Pretoria I paid R200 so the parcel only reached me after a month. The picture I sent shows that it is in its original packaging. The manager refuses to understand that the error was not on my side because I ordered from a picture to make sure that the colour was correct. Yet I still sit here disappointed
