BROKEN APPLIANCES

<p>I bought a Kelvinator washing machine on 11/05/2016 from Metro Home City online, the machine did not work from day one. The problem was with the machine as there was no excess water leaking from the machin and the water pumped in & out of the machin with no problem, it just didnt complete the wash cycle. On 18/05/2016 Kelvinator sent a technician to repair the machine, but the machine still did not work. On 20/05/2016 I contacted Metro Home City to tell them that the machine still has the same error and that they must come collect the machine for a full refund. I was told on 01/06/2016 that Kelvinator would contact me for a replacement or repair and I have still not had any response. Metro Home City have just pushed the responsibility onto Kelvinator and have "washed their hands" off the whole issue. I can't even complain properly about the after sale service as there has been none.</p>
